The AutoPak 1x7 is the ideal first step into automated
data storage, providing affordable, convenient automated backup/restore
for small- to medium-sized office environments. Occupying just 1
cubic foot of space, the AutoPak 1x7 Autoloader is optimized for
desktop applications. Easy to operate and designed to be compatible
with all major software applications, the AutoPak 1x7 requires virtually
no IS administration resource. Integrating Exabyte's exciting new
VXA-2 tape drive, the AutoPak 1x7 offer unattended access to over
1 TB of data at rates of up to 43.2 GB/hr. (compressed).
Designed for users who are working within a tight
budget and may have systems that operate at slightly slower bandwidths,
the AutoPak 1x7 rewards you with high capacity, but does not penalize
you by charging you for speed you may not be able to utilize. Delivering
five times the capacity and three times the speed as similarly priced
DDS autoloaders, the AutoPak 1x7 reduces your data mangement costs
by up to 50 percent by eliminating operator errors and ensuring
