The Exabyte 221L LTOT (UltriumT) tape library delivers

The 221L tape library combines affordable, world-class automation
with the high-capacity,high-performance features of LTO (Ultrium)
tape drives in either SCSI or native Fibre Channel interfaces.
Designed for users who choose LTO (Ultrium) technology,this library
offers a scalable data storage solution to protect the user's investment.
The Exabyte 221L accommodates up to two LTO (Ultrium) drives and
21 LTO (Ultrium) data cartridges. Backed by Exabyte's award-winning
service and technical support organizations, the Exabyte 221L library
provides customers with a compact, high-performance LTO (Ultrium)
library solution.
With a native Fibre channel interface to both the robotics and the
tape drives, the native Fibre Channel 221L library eliminates the
need for an internal bridge or router, bypassing a costly single
point of failure in network backups.
Users can start with as few as one drive and ten cartridges and
easily add drives and cartridges as their data storage needs grow.
LTO drives are also field-upgradable, allowing for ease of service
and the ability to upgrade to future-generation drives, further
protecting the user's investment.
